Move-In Date

1. At the move-in date, 8 AM, send out a message to the tenant for a reminder.
2. Prepare the following item and put them in a file folder
   1. 3 door keys
   2. Lease Documents
   3. Lease addendum
   4. Pet addendum
   5. $20 gift card in Starbucks / or other gift
   6. Visit Tucson Brochure (out of state tenant)
3. Be at least 20 minutes before the meeting. Clean up some trash.
4. Go to https://apps.docusign.com/. Find the move-in out inspection
